In accordance with the Loan Agreement concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and Japan Bank for International Cooperation ( JBIC ) for Waste Water Treatment Project of Jiaxing Municipality under Zhejiang Sewage Treatment Project (CXXI-P117) , China International Tendering Company ( ITC ) is authorized to purchase the material listed below for the above-mentioned project by way of International Competitive Bidding ( ICB ). All purchases shall be financed with the proceeds of the Loan.
We hereby invite sealed bids from manufacturers and / or trading companies organized and registered in and controlled by the eligible source countries according to the stipulations of the Loan Agreement.
Interested eligible manufacturers and / or trading companies are kindly requested to come to Room No.1102, Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing 100055 ( Contacting Person: Mr. Ren, Telephone No.010-63348281, Fax No.010-81143696 ) for obtaining the Bidding Documents between 9:00 -11:00 a.m. and 1:30 -4:00p.m. ( Beijing Time ) from July 19-21, 2006 ( except Saturday and Sunday ) upon non-refundable payment.
