1. Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received an ODA Loan from Japan Bank for International Cooperation, towards the cost of Shaanxi Water Environment Improvement Project(Shaanxi Province) (C04-P201) dated Mar. 30, 2005 and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the loan to the payments under the contract for the following equipment. Disbursement of the ODA Loan by JBIC will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, including the disbursement procedures and the Guidelines for Procurement under JBIC ODA Loans. No party other than the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China shall derive any rights from the Loan Agreement or have any claim to Loan proceeds. The above Loan Agreement will cover only a part of the project cost.
2. China International Tendering Company (hereinafter referred to as “ITC”) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the Goods for the purpose of the Project as follows: Project Machines & Vehicles
3. The eligible source countries are defined as: all the countries and areas in the world. Interested eligible bidders may come to ITC for obtaining the bidding documents between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. from July 30 to Sep.14, 2006 through ITC with address as follows: China International Tendering Company
