1. Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received an ODA Loan from Japan Bank for International Cooperation, towards the cost of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hohhot City Atmospheric Environment Improvement Project (C05-P210) dated On June 23, 2006 and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the loan to the payments under the contract for the following equipment. Disbursement of the ODA Loan by JBIC will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, including the disbursement procedures and the Guidelines for Procurement under JBIC ODA Loans. No party other than the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China shall derive any rights from the Loan Agreement or have any claim to Loan proceeds.
2. China International Tendering Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the Goods for the purpose of the Project as follows:
