A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the above between 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m. (Beijing Time) starting from April.5, 2005 at the above address (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted.) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RMB 500.or USD65. per set of the bidding documents only. For mail order, RMB 100. (Domestic) or USD30. (Apoad) is required.
3. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods(International Competitive Bidding), Tsinghua University Press, May, 1997.
4. Bids must be delivered to Room 319, Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing, P.R. China on or before 10:00 a.m.(Beijing Time) on May.26, 2005 and must be accompanied by a bid security of no less than 2% of total bid price.
