中华人民共和国铁道部为了满足国内日益增长的快速铁路客运服务需要，拟建设京津、武广、广深港、郑西4条时速300公里以上的客运专线。前述4条客运专线项目已经中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会批准立项。铁道部及其组织的京津、武广、广深港、郑西客运专线工程业主（以下简称“招标人”）拟就前述4条铁路客运专线客运服务系统集成项目进行公开招标，中技国际招标公司（以下简称“代理机构”）受铁道部委托承担上述招标工作。
有兴趣的投标人可于2006年3月28日起至4月18日每天上午9:00—12:00，下午2:00—4:30（节假日除外），根据如下信息查阅并购买招标文件。本招标文件每套售价为人民币28000元 或美元3500元。招标文件售后不退 (邮购: 国外须另加人民币400元或美元50元; 国内须另加人民币200元或美元25元)

In an effort to meet the increasing demand for passenger transport in China, the Ministry of Railways (MOR) of the People’s Republic of China is planning to build four Passenger Dedicated Lines (PDL) with the operational speed of 300 km/h including Beijing to Tianjin, Wuhan to Guangzhou, Guangzhou to Shenzhen and HongKong, Zhengzhou to Xi’an. The aforesaid PDL Projects have been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. MOR and the Owners of the aforesaid four PDLs invite sealed bids home and abroad for the PDL Passenger Traffic Service System Integration Project. China International Tendering Company (Tendering Agent) is authorized by MOR to handle the aforesaid tendering procurement.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and consult the Bidding Documents at the following address between 9:00am to 12:00am, 14:00pm to 16:30pm from March 28, 2006 to April 18,2006 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee of RMB28,000.00 or USD3,500.00. For order mail, RMB￥400 or USD50 for each package has to be added for international express mail services, and RMB￥200.00 or USD25.00 for domestic EMS service.
