1. China International Tendering Co. Package is basic unit for evaluating and awarding, and bidder shall bid for one completed package or both; the bids only for part goods/services in the package will be rejected. Bidder shall submit bids for each package separately if bidding for both packages. Refer to Chapter 8 of the Bidding Documents for the detailed technical specification.
2. Interested eligible bidders may inspect or purchase the bidding documents at the address below from 9:00-11:30, and 13:30-16:00 (Beijing Time) during the period from February 20, 2010 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays in China)

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents (for one package) may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application and upon payment of a non refundable fee of RMB 1500.00 or USD 240.00 (another RMB 50.00 or USD 50.00 shall be added to the fee if local or overseas delivery by courier services is required).
4. Bids must be delivered to the address: Room 413, Huabao Plaza, No.5 of Lianhuayuan, Haidian District, Beijing, China, before 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) on March 12, 2010. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of RMB 200,000 Yuan or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency (for one package).
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at Room 413, Huabao Plaza, No.5 of Lianhuayuan, Haidian District, Beijing, China, on 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time), March 12, 2010.
