In accordance with the Loan Agreement concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) for Hainan Higher Education Project (C05-P214), China International Tendering Company (ITC) is authorized to purchase the equipments listed below for the above-mentioned Project by way of International Competitive Bidding (ICB). All purchases shall be financed with the proceeds of the Loan.
We hereby invite sealed bids from manufacturers and/or trading companies organized and registered in and controlled by the eligible source countries. According to the stipulations of the Loan Agreement, the eligible source countries are all countries and areas.
Interested manufacturers and/or trading companies are kindly requested to come to Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District, Beijing for obtaining the bidding documents between 9:00 -11:30 a.m. / 1:30 -4:30 p.m. (Beijing Time) from August 2, 2011 (except Saturday and Sunday and holiday) upon non-refundable payment. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the above address. All bidders are required to register in http://www.chinabidding.com before the participation in this Bid.
