* 最大压印力：2000±100kN
* 压印速度：≥650枚/分钟(一次压印)
02包：真空离子镀膜设备 1台（套）
*该设备可用于镀CrTiAlN镀层，镀层硬度>2200HV,镀层厚度>2微米；结合力：在150kgf的洛氏硬度计压头压入，镀层不脱落（>HF2）； 标准划痕试验：Lc>60N；表面粗超度Ra≤0.01微米，镜面效果。
03包：150吨级立式压印机 2台
* 最大压印力：2000±100kN
* 压印速度：≥650枚/分钟(一次压印)

*This equipment can produce the CrTiAlN coating with the properties of: Coating hardness: >2, 200 Hv; Thickness: > 2.0 micros; Adhesion: Coatings is not flake off (HF>2) under a Rockwell harness testing indentation with 150kgf force; Standard scratch testing results: Lc>60N; Surface rough Ra<=0.01micro with a mirror effects.
